On Saturday we had a lovely lunch at a friend’s house and while everybody was discussing politics at the table (Grrr and Dooom! d00m!) I played with my camera and the napkins. And because I am well mannered I pretended to listen while I took pictures of shiny things close to me.

The park ducks in need of some anti-slip gear or maybe I totally read it wrong and they were enjoying themselves and laughing every time one of them fell on the ice. I sure did.

Not sure if today qualifies as awesome…
- Managed to buy groceries without elbowing anyone to death.
- Bought some fancy imported butter from France and it made me feel like home, really can’t tell you what the dairy industry does wrong here (well, let’s not go there), but the butter from Europe kicks ASS!
- Kept an eye on the Orange Dog who had an explosive diarrhea – everything & everybody stayed stain free.
- Squeezed in a nap after reading a gluten free cookbook (cookbooks=food porn)
My life is getting better and better everyday.
